How can WeWork make co-working spaces appealing after the pandemic?
Strategy:
Develop co-working spaces that align with the hybrid working and allow like-minded professionals to find community among each other
Outcome:
Enhancing existing WeWork spaces to meet hybrid working needs, creating spaces tailored to the industries whose employees use WeWork most to foster community within their niche, and adjusting spending in areas such as leases, amenities, and other “We” initiatives.
